The Public Health Museum has selected Rough Sleepers: Dr. Jim O'Connell's Urgent Mission to Bring Healing to Homeless People by Tracy Kidder as the next book club selection. Published in 2023, Rough Sleepers tells the story of Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Dr. O'Connell's story is inspiring and his experiences and insights in providing the care of people experiencing homelessness are thought-provoking. Read the book and join the Public Health Museum for a discussion with Dr. O'Connell.
